Always stuck with too many leftovers from Christmas day? We have a couple of ideas that mix up the usual traditions by using all your yummy leftovers Turkey and Potato Curry 1 tbsp sunflower oil Various vegetables (onion, pepper, garlic) 300g leftover turkey Can of chopped tomatoes 2 tbsp curry paste & mango chutney Heat the oil in a pan on a high heat, cook onions and pepper until soft and slightly brown.
