Administration Team Vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity to join our administration team based in Leeds. This is a full time permanent vacancy the hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm, no weekend or bank holiday work.

About us……CLC Finance has offered home collected credit for over 60 years from its Head Office in Leeds. We don’t lend over the internet but visit customers in their homes. We get to know our customers and build relationships to understand their needs. Some have been with us over 30 years. Each customer is treated in a personal way considering their own circumstances.

We operate in Yorkshire, Lancashire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.

Are you looking for a new challenge?…….We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, organised, hard-working, enthusiastic and enjoys working within a team.

The role is to provide administrative support to our customer base and network of agents and managers.

Duties include;

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with queries in a friendly, confident and professional manner
  • Helping customers make repayments by debit card
  • Processing new customers within our database and using the credit reference agencies to perform searches
  • Data Input, filing and ad hoc office administration duties

Excellent interpersonal and time management skills are essential within this role. Ideal applicants will have previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
